📅Booking Policy

• Official channels only. All appointments must be made through our official number +63 927 811 0128 or our official social media accounts. Bookings arranged through personal numbers, unofficial pages, or third parties are not recognized by the lounge and cannot be guaranteed.
• A confirmation message from our official account is required for your appointment to be valid.
• If you're unsure whether you're booking through us, ask us directly - we're happy to confirm.

⏰Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; beyond that, your slot may be forfeited or shortened to protect the next client's appointment.
• Walk-ins within the last hour before closing (after 7:00 PM) are subject to staff availability and service type. Full sets, extensions, and spa experiences may not be accommodated this close to our end-of-day, as they require adequate time to complete properly.
• We close at 8:00 PM. Services requiring more time than what remains may be respectfully declined or rescheduled.

🚫Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking privileges being limited to deposit-required appointments only.

💅Nail Enhancement Care & Liability

• Nail enhancements (gel, extensions, hard gel, etc.) require proper aftercare to last. We'll walk you through do's and don'ts after every service.
• Celadon Beauty Lounge is not liable for damage, lifting, or breakage resulting from improper aftercare, self-removal, or activities known to compromise enhancements (e.g., prolonged water exposure, using nails as tools, DIY removal at home).
• Repairs due to normal wear within a week may be accommodated at a minimal fee; damage from neglect or misuse will be treated as a new service.

Our Service Guarantee

• If a covered issue (e.g., lifting, chipping under normal use) occurs within the guarantee window, bring it to our attention for a free touch-up. Please don't attempt to fix it yourself first, as this may void the guarantee.
• The guarantee covers product and application issues only, not damage caused by impact, improper aftercare, or activities inconsistent with the aftercare guidance given at checkout.
• Concerns raised after the guarantee window will be treated as a new service.

🩹Health Disclosure

• By booking with Celadon Beauty Lounge, you agree to disclose any relevant health concerns or skin sensitivities (e.g., allergies, sensitivities to acetone, gel/polish ingredients, or skin conditions) prior to your service.
• This helps our staff choose the safest products and techniques for you. Celadon Beauty Lounge is not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.
• If you're uncertain about a sensitivity, let us know beforehand. We're glad to do a patch test or walk you through product options.

🤝Client Conduct

• We treat every client with warmth and respect, and we ask the same in return. Our staff's safety and dignity are non-negotiable.
• Celadon Beauty Lounge reserves the right to end a service or decline future bookings in cases of disrespectful, abusive, or aggressive behavior toward staff and other clients.

🔒Data Privacy & CCTV Notice

• For the safety and security of our clients and staff, our premises are monitored by CCTV. Footage is used strictly for security purposes and is not shared publicly.
• Personal information collected during booking (name, contact number, appointment details) is used only for appointment management and service communication, and is not sold or shared with third parties.
• By booking with Celadon Beauty Lounge, you consent to these terms in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

💳Payment

• Our modes of payment are cash, GCash, GoTyme and BPI Bank Transfer.
• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
